Service Description

If you cannot drop your child to our location where our programmes take place (Zig Zag, Bertrange or Kockelscheuer) then we can organise collection from class or meeting point at ISL with private shuttle transportation to our locations. Please state your child's age and school grade in the 'Add Your Message' box on the booking form and we will collect your child directly from the ISL school building at the appropriate time. Currently the times are: Mon., Tue., Thu., Fri.: 15:00hrs (EY3/4), 15:20(KG), from 15:20/15:25hrs (G1-G5) for programmes starting from 15:45hrs. Wednesday collection is 12:00 to 12:10hrs (EY3/4, KG) for programmes starting from 12:30hrs and from 14:30hrs (G1-G5) for programmes starting from 15:00hrs. Our private Emile Weber transport departs directly from Bouillon Bus Parking across from ISL Lower School Building 5, Wednesday departure is directly from ISL Building 5.

Cancellation Policy

You can book up to 2 hours before the start time. You can re-schedule up to 4 hours before the start time. You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start time. If you need any assistance please contact us directly.
